Getting Started at CrossFit RDU
If you have at least 6 months of previous CrossFit experience, we invite you to start your journey with CrossFit RDU by joining us for two free trial classes.

New to CrossFit
If you are new to CrossFit or have less than 6 months of CrossFit experience, we invite you to start your journey with CrossFit RDU by scheduling a free intro session. Due to safety precautions, there are no free trial classes. After the intro session, we can determine the best route for you.
The free intro session is a 15-20 minute appointment at the gym to talk about your goals in starting CrossFit, your background, and the next step in getting started at CrossFit RDU, which is Foundations.
