Group classes are fun, motivational, and scaled to your needs and ability
In this course, you will be introduced to the movements that you will encounter in the CrossFit group classes. You will also learn about the theory behind our program, and what to expect once you get into class. In addition to this instruction, you will go through a workout at the end of each session.
Once you have completed the Foundations course, you will be able to join our CrossFit group classes.
