Almost 6 years ago, this California native attended her first CrossFit class…and she has never looked back. Norea has always excelled in body weight movements and running, so in 2016 she began to shift her focus to strength training. After a few years of hitting heavy weights, she began to see and feel the effects of vigilant dedication and good metabolic conditioning. Norea is passionate about instilling confidence, athletic ability, and developmental skills to all participants within the CrossFit Kids program.
